Sabda Rasulullah s.a.w.:

"Atas setiap orang Islam itu sedekah. Lalu sahabat bertanya: Ya Nabiyyallah, bagaimana mereka yang tidak ada yang hendak disedekahkan?. Jawab Baginda: Ia bekerja dengan dua tangannya lalu memberi manfaat kepada dirinya, dan ia bersedekah kepada orang lain. Sahabat bertanya lagi: Jika ia tidak ada? jawab Baginda: Membantu orang berhajat yang sangat memerlukan. Mereka bertanya seterusnya, Jika tidak ada? jawab Baginda: Maka hendaklah melakukan segala kebajikan dan menahan diri daripada melakukan kejahatan".(Rawahul Bukhari) .

Systole

the atria and ventricles are relaxed. Blood flows into the right and left atria. The valves located between the atria and ventricles are open, allowing blood to flow through to the ventricles. 

• Atrioventricular valves are open.
  
• The sinoatrial (SA) node, which starts cardiac conduction, contracts causing atrial contraction.
  
• The atria empty blood into the ventricles.
  
• Semilunar valves close preventing back flow into the atria.

Diastole

the ventricles contract pumping blood into the arteries. The right ventricle sends blood to the lungs via the pulmonary artery.The left ventricle pumps blood to the aorta. 

• The ventricles contract.
  
• Atrioventricular valves close and semilunar valves open.
  
• Blood flows to either the pulmonary artery or aorta.

One cardiac cycle is completed when the heart fills with blood and the blood is then pumped from the heart. The audible sounds that can be heard from the heart are made by the closing of the heart valves. These sounds are referred to as the "lub-dupp" sounds. The "lub" sound is made by the contraction of the ventricles and the closing of the atrioventricular valves. The "dupp" sound is made by the semilunar valves closing.

perasaan je cuak nk exam tp tindakan x serupe...patotnyer study...setiap hari adalah ujian...
adakah kte istiqamah dlm beribadah?? adakah kte rajin menuntut ilmu?? sudahkan kte melaksanakan amar makruf nahi mungkar??
inilah sbbnye umat islam esp sy ketinggalan dalam segenap bidang esp ilmu...puncanya dr penyakit MALAS....
x boleh jd nie.. sy kne bangkit...& mencontohi tokoh2 islam yg hebat2 spt Saidina Ali, Khalid Al Walid, Khadijah,Aisyah dan bnyk lg.... dan seharusnya ak mencontohi akhlak Nabi Muhammad salallahu aliahi wasallam.. semoga Allah memberikan ak kekuatan rohani dan jasmani.. Bangkitlah diri..jazakillah...

iium kuantan best..terasa mcm kembali ke mjsc kkb yg jaoh kedalam hutan..tp lebih bebas drpd tu...hr 1st klas..x rse mcm lost sgt la coz all staff,friends n lecturer so helpful..Alhamdulillah ktorg dtg cnie sumernyer br...swimming pool,sports complex,kuliyyah building,and many things yg baru...bak kate dean kuliyyan..we must learn to Adopt n adapt..then we'll survive..hehe..
